Lieberman’s is happy to accept your refunds/exchanges. Please be sure to follow the guidelines below:

1. Last day for returning Fall 2010 textbooks is Tuesday, September 7th.  If providing proof of drop/add, last day is Tuesday, September 14th until 5 p.m. After the last day of drop/add, textbooks can no longer be returned. Please be sure to handle your returns and exchanges prior to the end of this period.

2. All New Textbooks must be returned in their New condition. Do not write or highlight in your New textbooks until you are positive you will keep the book! New books with any use or damage will be non-returnable.

3. Textbook Packages: Wrapped textbooks should be returned in their original shrink wrapping! If you open the wrapping we cannot accept your return, especially for course materials with access code, password, etc.  To ensure fairness to all customers, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. No Receipt Required! Please be sure that every single time you buy books from us, that we put your name and phone # into the our computer system. In the event you lose your receipt we will be able to reprint it for you. The first time we put your name into the computer, we will assign your phone number as the “ID Number” that our computer requires. We suggest you use your permanent home phone # since that is unlikely to change during your college career.

If you do not register your name on file, please be sure to keep your receipt. You will be required to present it for a refund or exchange.
