Textbooks & rentals can be returned for full refund up to Monday, Feb. 13th, 2012, and must be in the original purchased condition.

You can still exchange your books or return for a full refund with proof of schedule change or drop/add form up to the last day of the Drop/Add period, Monday Feb. 20th, 2012, until 5pm.

Textbooks are not returnable after the drop/add period.  After this date, buyback pricing goes into effect for books you wish to sell.  We buy back books all year round.  To ensure fairness to all customers, we cannot allow any returns beyond the drop/add date.

•    All shrink-wrapped books/packages must be returned in their original wrapping.  Opened packages are non-returnable.
•    New textbooks must be in their original condition.  New books with scratches, dents, scrapes, highlighting or bent corners will be considered damaged and non-returnable.
•    All USED textbooks must be inspected by you carefully.  We will correct any and all mistakes: missing pages, damaged CD’s, etc., but cannot refund damaged books once they have left the store.
•    Credit card return must be back on the credit card used to make the purchase. Store credit will be given if card is not present, and can be credited to the original CC at a later time.
